Final menu coming soon!

Summer has its own rhythm — expansive, radiant, social, alive.

It is the season of the Fire Element, the Heart, connection, joy, laughter, warmth, and love. It invites us to open, to shine, to gather, to feel the pleasure of being nourished by the earth and by one another.

KitchenQi Summer is a chance to honor that rhythm with a morning of movement, connection, and seasonal cooking that supports the Heart and the Fire Element.

It’s informal, grounded, heart-centered, and joyful.

We move.
We breathe.
We cook together.
We remember that nourishment is not just what we eat.
It is how we live.

Warm-up + OM + Dance + Qigong

We’ll begin by arriving in the body and gathering ourselves through one of the simplest and most profound practices: the sound of OM.

Sound is vibration.
Vibration is medicine.
And when we tone together, something shifts.

The nervous system softens. The breath deepens. The heart begins to open. We move out of the noise of the mind and into the intelligence of the body.

From there, we’ll let the energy rise.

Because this is summer.
This is the season of Fire.
This is the season of joy.

So yes — we may dance.

Not perform.
Not “get it right.”

Just move. Loosen. Smile. Let the body remember pleasure, rhythm, warmth, and aliveness.

In the 5 Elements framework, summer is connected to the Heart and the Fire Element. When Fire is balanced, we feel joy, connection, enthusiasm, warmth, and emotional openness. When Fire is out of balance, we may feel scattered, overstimulated, anxious, depleted, or disconnected from our natural spark.

Our practice will help us regulate the Fire — not suppress it, not overignite it — but allow it to move through us as warmth, vitality, love, and presence.

Then we’ll practice The Four Energy Gates — simple, powerful movements you can use every day to feel calmer, more connected, and more present:

  • Gate 1: Large Intestine 4 acupuncture point on the hand — supports immunity and letting go

  • Gate 2: Heart Center — soothing, heart-opening, and a pure dose of self-love

  • Gate 3: Lower Dantian — brings you back into your center

  • Gate 4: Gallbladder point on the upper hip — restores flow and ease

Combined with Qi Marching, we’ll move into the kitchen open, energized, joyful, and ready to cook up a storm.

And yes — the playlist will be magnifique.

Cooking Together

We’ll be chopping, mixing, mincing, stirring, laughing, tasting, and feeling the love while we cook a beautiful summer meal inspired by the Fire Element.

Summer foods are colorful, fresh, juicy, cooling, and vibrant. Think herbs, greens, tomatoes, berries, stone fruit, summer vegetables, cooling teas, bright flavors, and dishes that feel alive without weighing us down.

We’ll explore how seasonal food can help us stay open without becoming overheated, energized without becoming depleted, and joyful without becoming scattered.

This is the heart of KitchenQi™: movement, seasonal wisdom, conscious cooking, and the energy of love brought directly into the kitchen.

Carole Murko

Teaching with my hands .jpg

My own path to loving myself is still unfurling. The tools that have helped me are meditation, qigong, energy healers, shaman, plant medicine and herbalism, conscious eating, and more.

I pursued certifications to deepen my understanding of healing and I am now teaching these and helping others.

I am a healer. A coach. A love activist. I teach you how to create the best version of yourself through neuroscience, nutrition, and qigong.

My hallmark program is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience-based change program, CHANGE YOUR MIND…CREATE NEW RESULTS. I teach this within corporations to corporate leaders and their teams, to entrepreneurs, to individuals (one-on-one), and retreat-style to groups. The program is designed to create a fundamental understanding of how our brain and body work so you can begin to master your thoughts to create your future. To master yourself. In my humble opinion, it is mind-blowingly effective when participants practice the tools and experience the transformation that changes their lives, their organization, and their health.
