As winter’s stillness settles in, we gather in the heart of the season — around the kitchen, the fire, and the field of our own energy.


This special KitchenQi seasonal celebration invites you to embody the wisdom of the Five Elements through movement, sound, emotion, and nourishment — transforming what you’ve carried this year into pure, vital Qi.

Together, we’ll explore how emotion moves through the body — and how expressing it consciously clears and rebalances your energy.
You’ll experience an emotional clearing ritual that engages the organs and their associated emotions:

  • Wood / Liver: We’ll scream to release frustration and reclaim our creative flow.

  • Metal / Lung: We’ll cry to let go of grief and open to inspiration.

  • Water / Kidney: We’ll shake to dissolve fear and awaken courage.

  • Fire / Heart: We’ll dance and laugh to expand joy and connection.

  • Earth / Stomach & Spleen: We’ll yawn — a deep, primal grounding — to restore harmony and peace.

 

Then, we’ll move into the kitchen — the heart of healing — to prepare and share seasonal dishes that nourish all Five Elements.


Think warming, earthy stews, root vegetables, bitters, and bright winter greens — each dish a meditation in mindful cooking and seasonal balance.

You’ll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of the Five Elements in body, mind, and spirit

  • Practical ways to use sound, movement, and food to regulate emotions

  • Recipes and rituals for seasonal harmony

  • A renewed sense of calm, joy, and energetic flow

This is not just a cooking class — it’s a ceremony of release, renewal, and nourishment.

My own path to loving myself is still unfurling. The tools that have helped me are meditation, qigong, energy healers, shaman, plant medicine and herbalism, conscious eating, and more. 

I pursued certifications to deepen my understanding of healing and I am now teaching these and helping others.

 

I am a healer. A coach. A love activist. I teach you how to create the best version of yourself through neuroscience, nutrition, and qigong. 

 

My hallmark program is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience-based change program, CHANGE YOUR MIND…CREATE NEW RESULTS. I teach this within corporations to corporate leaders and their teams, to entrepreneurs, to individuals (one-on-one), and retreat-style to groups. The program is designed to create a fundamental understanding of how our brain and body work so you can begin to master your thoughts to create your future. To master yourself. In my humble opinion, it is mind-blowingly effective when participants practice the tools and experience the transformation that changes their lives, their organization, and their health.
