Winter has its own rhythm — slower, quieter, more inward.
KitchenQi Winter is a chance to honor that rhythm with a morning of movement, connection, and cooking that supports the Kidneys and the Water Element.
It’s informal, grounded, and heart-centered.
We move. We breathe. We cook together.
And everyone leaves feeling steadier and more themselves.
What We’ll Do: Warm-up + Shaking + Qigong
We start gently, waking up the body and shaking off whatever you don’t need to carry. Fear is the emotional signature of an unbalanced kidney and shaking helps us—well—shake it off!! It’s simple, light, and surprisingly effective.
Then, we'll do a beautiful healing practice called The Four Energy Gates:
These are easy movements you can use every day to feel calmer and connected:
-
Gate 1 is the Large Intestine 4 acupuncture point on the hand — it supports immunity + letting go
-
Gate 2 is the Heart Center — it is soothing and a pure dose of self-love
-
Gate 3 is the Lower Dantian — brings you back into your center
-
Gate 4 is the Gallbladder point (upper hip) — restores flow and ease
Combined with Qi Marching, you'll be literally marching into the kitchen open, energized, and ready to cook up a storm!
And the playlist is Magnifique!!
Cooking Together
We’ll be chopping, mixing, mincing, stirring, laughing, smiling, and feeling the love while we cook a nourishing, winter-friendly meal using foods that support the Kidneys and Water Element — broths, beans, greens, shellfish, warming spices and something sweet.

Meet Your Facilitator
Carole Murko

My own path to loving myself is still unfurling. The tools that have helped me are meditation, qigong, energy healers, shaman, plant medicine and herbalism, conscious eating, and more.
I pursued certifications to deepen my understanding of healing and I am now teaching these and helping others.
I am a healer. A coach. A love activist. I teach you how to create the best version of yourself through neuroscience, nutrition, and qigong.
My hallmark program is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience-based change program, CHANGE YOUR MIND…CREATE NEW RESULTS. I teach this within corporations to corporate leaders and their teams, to entrepreneurs, to individuals (one-on-one), and retreat-style to groups. The program is designed to create a fundamental understanding of how our brain and body work so you can begin to master your thoughts to create your future. To master yourself. In my humble opinion, it is mind-blowingly effective when participants practice the tools and experience the transformation that changes their lives, their organization, and their health.
