KitchenQi Mini Workshop
From Consciousness to the Kitchen: Summer Edition

Date: Tuesday, June 16, 2026
Time: 6:00-7:30 PM ET
Location: Zoom

Cooling Foods, Heart Energy, Qigong Practice, and the Joy of Seasonal Nourishment

What to Expect:

A live online Love.Eat.Heal experience exploring how consciousness, Qigong, nourishment, seasonal wisdom, and simple kitchen ritual work together to support joy, balance, and vitality during the bright, expansive energy of summer.

Summer is the season of the Fire Element. It is connected to the Heart, joy, warmth, connection, laughter, love, and radiance.

And yet, summer can also leave us overheated, scattered, depleted, overstimulated, or untethered if we don't know how to stay rooted while the energy expands.

In this 90-minute KitchenQi™ Mini, we'll bring the wisdom of the season into the body and the kitchen with a simple Qigong practice and delicious, heart-supportive foods that cool, nourish, delight, and remind us that food is energy, intention, and love made visible.

Opening Qigong Practice

We will begin by shifting out of the busyness of the day and into the body.

Because this is summer, our practice will be heart-centered, simple, uplifting, and joyful. We may begin with the sound of OM, a few moments of easy movement, and then move into the Four Energy Gates.

The intention is not to perform. The intention is to arrive.

To breathe. To soften. To open the Heart Center. To gather our energy.

To bring our full presence into the kitchen before we begin preparing food.

This is the essence of KitchenQi™: we do not just cook the food. We bring ourselves into relationship with the food, the season, the body, and the energy we are choosing to create.

Together, We'll Make

Watermelon Juice with Mint

Cooling, hydrating, refreshing, and perfect for the heat of summer.

Summer Quinoa Salad

Light, colorful, satisfying, and filled with the abundance of the season.

"Soul" Piccata

A Love.Eat.Heal take on a bright, lemony, "sole-ful" dish that brings comfort and joy without heaviness.

Dark-Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

A simple, sensual summer treat that honors the Heart, the Fire Element, and the pleasure of being nourished.

Together, participants will explore:

Teaching with my hands .jpg

My own path to loving myself is still unfurling. The tools that have helped me are meditation, qigong, energy healers, shaman, plant medicine and herbalism, conscious eating, and more.

I pursued certifications to deepen my understanding of healing and I am now teaching these and helping others.

I am a healer. A coach. A love activist. I teach you how to create the best version of yourself through neuroscience, nutrition, and qigong.

My hallmark program is Dr. Joe Dispenza’s neuroscience-based change program, CHANGE YOUR MIND…CREATE NEW RESULTS. I teach this within corporations to corporate leaders and their teams, to entrepreneurs, to individuals (one-on-one), and retreat-style to groups. The program is designed to create a fundamental understanding of how our brain and body work so you can begin to master your thoughts to create your future. To master yourself. In my humble opinion, it is mind-blowingly effective when participants practice the tools and experience the transformation that changes their lives, their organization, and their health.
